Introduction

 The Human Resources & Development Section is headed by Mr. Fahad Zahid Bhurgri, Additional Charge of Manager HRD. The HRD section is in process of strengthening and progress, as Human resources are the backbone of the organization. The “Human Capital” the individuals who make up the workforce, are the most important and integral part of any organization, and at SIDA we strive to make it a comfortable working environment but with a Targets and Result Oriented approach, with constant Performance Management. The HRD Department is Integral part of the Transition Wing and Reports to General Manager (Transition) & any other duties assigned by Managing Director SIDA.

 

Objective& Tasks

  • To Assist in the Human Resources Development

  • Maintain Discipline of overall working environment

  • Represent SIDA at relevant Professional gatherings and/or public meetings

  • Lookafter Human Resources & Development Policy Matters

  • Develop, drive, monitor and co-ordinate mechanisms for the management of individual and group performance throughout SIDA.

  • Counsel employees, management, Area Water Boards, outside agencies and the public on personnel related matters where required

  • Supervise, co-ordinate and participate in special projects or programmes as assigned

  • Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures

  • Develop, interpret and administer Personnel Rules & Regulations

  • Employee Safety & Welfare

  • New Hire Orientation

  • Capacity Building & Coordination among the Area Water Boards
