The Board of Management consists of the Managing Director and the four General Managers. The Secretary SIDA is the Secretary to the Board of Management. The primary roles of the Board of Management are:
 

	to organize and facilitate the working of the organization of SIDA
	to discuss and advise the Managing Director on allocation of means (finance, staff) to the tasks of the SIDA organization
	to discuss and advise the Managing Director on proposals to the SIDA Board.
	to monitor progress of the development of the organization and its performance
